This game was the start of the PC gaming revolution in my opinion and was definitely the PC's answer to sonic the hedgehog. It was the first game to have per pixel smooth scrolling, fantastic graphics and music that was as good as the consoles, not only that but it ran great on a cheap 386 so everybody could play it not just hardcore gamers with oversized wallets. It's a shame people are so hooked on consoles now but that's because of greedy manufacturers overcharging for graphics cards etc.
33MHz memories...The best time for games...when the graphic was the least significant part of a game (even if JJrabbit used to had a great graphic at its time)..
One of the COOLEST stages in one of the BEST shareware packs I've ever played. No, just THE best. And the music (when I had speakers) was one of the things that made this stage so cool.

@keron11 Well, the only GOOD modern-day electronic music that is good would be chiptune. But not only that, most other good electronic music is underground these days.
@keron11 nah man im not into tehco or electronic music I just like JJ soundtracks and im not listening to them like u kno .. i just got here once or two and i listened it for the old times :P

thanks cliff! for that shareware that was all I could afford as a poor kid in the 90s, haha tons and tons of shareware demos, but damn the sheer number of demos you could get in those days almost made buying the full version something you didn't have to do, of course I grew up and bought the full versions. Fucking damn I loved these days of the 90s, installing new sharewares in DOS from anywhere I could get them. Floppy disks everywhere. DOOM music playing, EPIC times.

IMO the game was terrible. The first episode was good, and the second alright, but then it's just a total mess. It's biggest redeeming feature is the music.
The biggest PROBLEM, otoh, was the game being unable to decide whether it wanted to be a Sonic clone, or I Wanna Be The Guy Lite. I'm fine with either, but the game never made up it's mind. The result was an incoherent, frustrating experience. Enemies are ALWAYS put JUST off-screen, and then it tries to give us mercy in the form of carrots.
FLOATING EYEBALLS XD seriously this was the only thing that was creepy for me as a kid, good level though and music was awesome, Medivo also has good theme
OOPS. Turned out that the panning was a problem with my headphones that coincidentally happened to turn off the left channel at the best moments. TWICE.
