  • rear stock rims?

  • The sound is distorted because the camera is too close...

  • kok suaranya bisa kaya gitu si ? diapain ya ??

  • sounds awesome, can i have 2 cans plz?

  • kaya suara kapal

    seremmmm....

  • TIGHT !

  • Sounds nice

  • hey man, this rear tire is a 150/70/17,if iam wrong, tell me,i want to use a tire like this on my bike too, this exhaust souds great.

  • @rockleg3nd

you can run it. I have a 150/70/17 Rear and 120/70/17 Front. No problems and I track my 250r as well.

  • damn thats rough and smooth at the same time if that makes sense and not an annoying loud. wow for the 250 r nice yellow black

  • Modding twin cylinder 250cc ninja is a popular hobby in our country (where all other bikes are typically just 125cc mopeds and single cylinder 150cc standard bikes)

Any bike exceeding 250cc will have to be charged luxury and big bike tax, making them cost 3 times or more US sticker price.

    Example : Typical 125cc moped... $1,300

    Ninja 250 .... $5,500

    CBR 600R.... $27,000

    Yamaha R1.... $38,000

    Ducati streetfighter S..... $42,000

Honda fit RS... $ 25,000 (its a popular hatch)

  • Would you get a 600cc supersport for 5 times the cost of your brand new 250cc ninja?

Or a 1000cc superbike for 9 times the price?

Would you be able to put up with the yearly tax which may be as much or more than what they charge you for a normal car?

I doubt most of us would rather not, or simply cannot afford to do so.

  • @medicine2 haha thats so true. Just want to point out one little thing though, and that is that I dont think e.g. a 600cc costs 6 times more (e.g. around £23,000 when a new ninja is £4500) but dont worry i get your point. I guess if you meant overall costs and not price then yeah id agree :PP

  • Hence only those of more fortunate ppl can afford a true big bike.

I do ride 150cc moped (which happens to be nearly race-spec)

I do own old school 150cc 2 stroke cafe racer (which happens to be nearly race-spec as well)

I do have a ducati 695 and 2 harley cruisers, all with aftermarket pipes.

I just enjoy tuned bikes, be it small or large.

Its not all about the sheer speed they make.

But its all about the satisfaction of riding a well-tuned bike when you are on one.

  • @cbr600rrRT1

You're probably going to be some Mack-truck driver's bad memory when it's all said and done.

    squid (skwid)

    n.

Any of various neanderthal sportbike owners that ride carelessly & use poor judgement, consistently demonstrating a lack of common sense & similar to the motions of a real squid they are fast then slow, fast then slow (Fast in the straights & slow in the twisties...).

You, asshole, are a squid. I'm sure the parenthesis just spells your whole set of "capabilities" out

  • @Suavestmanalive Actually S.Q.U.I.D. is more properly used as an Acronym, it stands for....

    Stupidly

    Quick

    Underdressed

    Imminently

    Dead

In other words, the idiots you see out there with shorts, a tank top, flipflops or sandals, and sometimes a helmet, riding the biggest fastest bikes on the street, and riding like a moron to boot.

  • @cbr600rrRT1

I've been reading your comments, and honestly, I'm embarrassed for you. It's like when you watching a bad movie and something happens that is so unreasonably stupid; you actually feel embarrassed to be in the theater while that movie is playing. I had the exact same feeling when I read, "you sound like a SQUID," because right before that you said, "i ride for the thrill of speed and turning. i dont give a fuck about gas milage and insurance."

  • @humansteaks Just let it go, CBRtard thinks 250cc are lame because he obviously has the money to afford rent, gas, payments, insurance, bike insurance, utilities and water bills. I got a Ninja 250 as my first bike because I didn't and still don't have enough money to get an R6 like I wanted. It doesn't matter anyway, CBRtard is just a guy who wants to prove himself so much he'll find smaller bikes on youtube and talk crap. He's probably 17 and it's his father's bike, or something like that.

  • @Suavestmanalive: TRUTH. Happy riding, man.

  • that sounds really good.

  • @cbr600rrRT1

It is of a different class, and it is certainly best in class. Ninja 250 is a good daily bike which is tame and economical enough.

Dont get me wrong, I do own several bikes including ducatis and harleys! You want reviews on thunder header, yoshimura and termignoni?

  • @medicine2 no i dont want reviews on that wtf? ... im just saying i dont get all you people who want to show off a 250 with a pipe on it? i myself owned a ninja 250 for one month... it came with a pipe on it and i was EMBARRASSED to have it .. sounded like a quad or a "wanna be big bike" yea they are good for daily commuter, but if thats what its for then keep it stock.. adding a pipe just makes it seem like you wanna be LIKE the big boys

  • @medicine2 haha wtf ? no i could care less about your reviews.... bike looks gay, sounds gay just my opinion.... might as well get a cruiser or even a scooter lol... yes yes the bike is cheap and a good daily commuter for around town, but who needs to put a pipe and shit on a daily commuter? for attention i would assume.. dont make this bike out to be what its not

  • @cbr600rrRT1 well i can't stand ppl like u, ppl who own a better bike then most of the bikers and then that they're better biker. u are so wrong, the only lame thing around here is your comment

  • @1scott921 yea man im lame ....first off i owned a 250 rode it for 1 month and moved on.. i didnt show it off i just dont think there something to show off, but you do you..... ride safe

  • @cbr600rrRT1 lol, i've got my ninja 250r for about 2 years now and i'm not plaining to move on a bigger bike soon, this one is practical for me and it doesn't cost much to take care off. and i'm not riding my bike for a "show off", i'm riding it bec i love it... and yes, if i want to put a louder pipe on it, i will do it, not bec of the fact that half of the hood will hear me while i'm riding, that will be bec of the fact that i love it....

ride safe u too bro, cheers.

  • @cbr600rrRT1 The bike is not lame, they are good bikes. Sure they wont win a drag race, but they are fun and easy to manage. It's like picking on someone for modding a Honda Civic because they dont have a race car.

  • @cbr600rrRT1: I don't think mine's "the coolest shit", but I love my 250. It's not the biggest, but if you compare its price vs top speed/acceleration/weight, it beats out a lot of other motorcycles, and ALL cars. Some of us don't need a huge liter bike. Most of us just don't have the opportunity/need to go over 120 MPH. That's what I can't stand about some people that own big bikes, that say a 250 is a "girl's bike" or whatever.

  • @humansteaks you think a 250 can beat out other motorcycles and ALL cars? i wont even waste my time responding to you

  • @cbr600rrRT1: OK, fine, not ALL cars, obviously. I said for DOLLARS compared to HP/ACCELERATION/WEIGHT, not about racing, fuckin moron. Jesus, dude...I'm just trying to make a point. And that is that 250's are quite quick in terms of HP/LB. We fucking LOVE these things. You sound just like the stereotypical jock douchebag that says "there's no replacement for displacement HAHAHA, pussy" and every other amazingly original comment. I bet you barely got your GED, fuckface.

  • @cbr600rrRT1: Lemme put it down to terms that a HS dropout could understand. DO THE MATH in terms of the price of a new bike, compared to rwhp, top speed, acceleration, and gas mileage. Take into account new riders, better cornering capabilities, lighter weight, lower insurance premiums, and you have a perfect combination that equals YOU'RE A MORON. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA....ha... How many dicks did you lick for your 2003 CBR 600RR?

  • @cbr600rrRT1 true it is lame but we all have to start out somewhere if ppl could do better for there bike or buy a better version they would

  • @cbr600rrRT1 Owned for trying to look cool by acting like you dislike something nub!

  • @cbr600rrRT1

Jesus Christ, SHUT UP. You're arguing, ranting, and raving at people that either don't exist or are an extreme minority of the 250cc owners.

  • @cbr600rrRT1

Can't a beginner biker have fun on a 250 yo?

  • suka k monas ya om?

  • .com/watch?v=SbSLkIiTAQs

  • Wats with the tacky yellow dude?

  • its in indonesia right??/

    also watch my exhaust videos

    watch?v=2K8Qm-tLcLM

  • Oh wow that is a great sound...sell me your bike lol

  • Fuck That Sound !

  • lo siento...pero mi opinion es q suena un poco a chopper

  • haha..awal video gue pikir suara R9, ga taunya Bajaj...haha..

  • I like how the exhaust does not scream like yoshi and others. I also don't like the whole carbon fiber look most aftermarket ones have. Rim color is nice too, btw are those wider tires? I have the stock bridgestones and want something that looks a tad wider.

  • is that stock tyre size?

  • the ninja 250 will beat any bigger bike down a twisty mountain road without even trying

  • @brazzr explain how this works?

  • @jhardy66617 what are you stupid? know nothing about the physics of it?

  • @brazzr well you lack to take into account the actual road itself

and the fact that a bigger bike has a bigger rear wheel which allows for a bigger contact patch

the more sticky DOT street tires dont get made in a smaller size like 160, i know thats what size i have to run on my F3. if you take a very good rider and put him on an R6 as opposed to a 250R theyre gonna be able to push the R6 around the turns faster because of that extra contact patch, allows an R6 to be taken at faster speeds

  • and allows the rider to get harder on the throttle sooner because of the increased tire size. that along with a bigger engine with more horsepower allows it to accelerate quicker towards the next turn

and im not sure but if an R6 or any bigger bike has bigger brakes. which most if not all do. it allows the rider to brake quicker which again gets them to and through the next corner faster

  • @jhardy66617 can tell uve neva raced b4

  • PQP o caraa cagouu a motoo inteiraaa

tem que ser muito brega pra fazer issoo viuu

    esse é fã de calypso

    hasuehaesuhesau

  • my innova has a same exhaust like this.........

  • Subaru sti?

  • why do those exhausts change colors?

  • Great Sound!!!

  • klean

  • sounds like a subie

  • hmm suounds better than my cbr :(

  • Where did you get this from?

  • @Rippingsax1 ur just a hater

  • @Rippingsax1

Oh yes we do. We are so very limited to 250cc bikes. Bigger bikes are available but one is forced to pay 300%++ for the tax alone. May as well get 2 cars.

Anyways, if you are looking for practicality, reliability and reasonable running cost, the ninja 250R is a good pick.

  • @medicine2 true...the tax here is crazy

  • @Rippingsax1 more fun to ride a slow bike fast than a slow bike fast.

  • @Rippingsax1 girls and small dudes

  • Love the sound, I want one on my ninja 250!!! where can I get one in Australia?

  • PLEASE tell me how much great sound

  • 400

  • @PantoAviator

Could swear the displacement is stock. 250cc.

If it comes in 400cc, 50BHP while retaining the weight would be nice though :D

  • is this the ninja 250, or the ninja 250r ??

  • abis brapa bos r9? pm gw ya bos

  • indonesia. wuhui, want's this muff, find it in indonesia R9 most powerfull muffler in indonesia, it beat yoshimura in race

  • very nice exhaust!!

    where you buy Mud Guardr?

I do not find it in Spain, I am as madly to acquire this guard muds.

    excuses for my English

  • lol its mud guards just so you know :)

  • where did you get your rear tire hugger i want one so bad? let me know please

  • Can i get one of this muffler at Japan?

    How much it cost?

  • Please post riding videos or fly bys!!!

  • sick sound en SICK bike

  • Yeah, that is A tech.

The rear fender also kind of cool as it beefed up the rather skinny stock swing arm. Clears 150/60-17 tire easily on stock rim.

I haven't got the chance to get dynojet kit to fine-tune the engine just yet. Combined with less restrictive air filter element and perhaps port and polishing, the engine should run better with extra 6-7hp over stock (32hp at rear wheel).

  • a tech rear fender???

  • Those are stock rims. Black ones prepped and turned into gold colour. Sorry, for I have no clue of the labor cost. They throw it as an extra for a whole car paint job

The tyre is bridgestone battlax BT92 150/60-17.

It is a very popular size upgrade choice yet is still quite safe. Fitting 160/60-17 is a bit too pushy and on the risky side.

  • Cool. Did you have any trouble fitting the 150/60/17 at all? And did you notice any loss in flickability?

  • 150/60/17 is a popular upgrade.

In terms of flickability it doesnt alter too much from standard and is still acceptable.

140 (with stickier compound) on the other hand would be the perfect rear tire replacement in terms of geometry. It just fits with proper space allowance.

  • Now by geometry and fit do you mean on the stock rim or the the suspension itself? Thanks.

  • Geometry in terms of the tyre profile.

When you push too fat of a tyre, it tends to bend upon the contact area to the ground and lose its optimum normal shape.

  • Right but wouldn't a wider wheel fix the profile?

  • @medicine2 what means "flickability"?

  • @ulrichelrojo74

Flickability here refers to the ability of the bike to make adjustment in directions when you are riding on it.

You do not want a bike that is too heavy/rigid, hard to handle/turn unless it is for drag racing.

  • @medicine2 I'm looking forward to buy this beauty, but all the people who "knows" about motorcycles keep telling me its a bad choice and a waste of money because I' ll be willing for more power in a month or two...the fact is that I see bigger bikes kinda clumsy to move around in traffic... my question is...the ninja 250 is a comfortable ride to travel i.e. from home to work? or just wander around on weekends? because I want it to use it all the time, not just to speed...

  • @ulrichelrojo74

Perfect starter bike, even as a daily commuter to the experienced. The lack of power from this little screamer may be boring for some of the veterans, but reliability, handling, ergonomic, fuel economy covers for it.

Bigger sports bike may be fun, has plenty of juice, but they are just not as practical in terms of economy, ergonomic. The nature of traffic of where you live also dictates this greatly.

U may also want to consider the 600cc version if daily traffic is good.

  • @ulrichelrojo74

I also have a ducati and a harley davidson, and for our local Indonesian traffic, those two are more suited to enjoyment on weekends. The harley is too big , heavy and hot for the traffic, while the ducati is barely showing its potential when confined and is a pain to cope, not to mention the lack of steering angle too.

In this kind of situation, my choice for workday is clearly the more agile, lightweight, user friendly ninja250.

  • @ulrichelrojo74

you could do anything with it even street race

  • @ulrichelrojo74 old post but youll honestly get sick of the 250, theres no power to be had anywhere in the thing and a newer 600 is super light an agile as well

obviously a harley like the guy said sucks in traffic like stop and go its huge, but stop and go has nothing to do with the fun of a bike, it sucks on anything

get an older honda cbrF4i, fuel injected, good power, agile, great on gas. my F3 gets 45-55 city/highway. and my F3 is comfortable as well

  • @jhardy66617 Finally I bought a CB600 Hornet, love it!

  • @ulrichelrojo74 i bought the bike few months ago and i can only say it´s really nice whatever you do driving in the city or driving highway and things like that.. i also enjoy the sound but the only thing what can a little bit be better is the sound if you drive with 12k rpm it´s nice but if you stay and it´s arround 2 it´s very quietly but it´s a really nice bike to start with i don´t think that that was a waste of money

  • @ulrichelrojo74 Hello mate! Don't listen to these people they are daft and probably know nothing about bikes! they are closed minded. You will require more power when YOU yes YOU are ready not when somebody says. The power in 33bhp but the machine is very light. power to weight is very good its comfortable, inexpensive to run I did own a K7 gsxr 600 and yet I do not regret this ninja 250 I own. Better on wallet, wont kill you unless mistreated. They will do a ton at least! not 80 as retardssay

  • @ulrichelrojo74 This bike is great! It really does have quite a bit of HP and can get up there in speed. Mines not even broken in and it goes. Get it and practice practice practice because the 600's are 4x more powerful than these and they arent forgiving like this one.

  • my ears just had an orgasm

  • lmao!!

  • OMG SAME!!!

  • great sound :)

  • how much did you pay to get your rims powder coated?

and is that a 150 tire?
