is it true you lose torque with these pipes? i'm thinking of getting them for my 2010 fat bob but I am confused now after i read you lose some torque with these pipes. appreciate the help!
@Blinkywrx Yeah i've got a SE unit and after being properly tune etc, the dyno showed a gain of just over 5hp. Not to mention the awesome improvement in sound. The video really doesn't do it justice. It sits at around 119db
I'm lookin to get my own 'Bob this spring. Looking at the H-D luggage selection and unless I misread the descriptions, it appears that most all of them mentioned needing a turn signal re-location kit. Did you need to with your set? Thanks
Sounds great, I went on craigslist and found big shots and PC-V altogether for 625, and he's even installing the pipes for me. If you don't mind buying used....and finding someone you can trust you can save allot. I also got HD removable bags, and removable sissybar used that were near new for 300! Look around and you can save allot.

I used the PC V. Use the PCV dont use the Fuelpak it is a piece of shit. Spend the extra cash and get the PC V. BTW this video doesnt do the sound any justice. This pipe sounds awesome. It's very loud. If you dont want to attract alot of attention dont get them.

Did you use a PC or fuel pack after you installed the breather and exhaust? And did you notice any power gains?

@snsams6 no, you do not need to relocate turn signals on a Fat Bob for saddle bags. I have the detachable saddle bag and sissy bar set up... love it!
