Those are flashbacks from ep 8. He's going to kill himself and she saves him, they become friends but she's lying to him bc she's on a mision with Hrg where they have to make him kill. She doesn't want to do it bc she likes him but then she brings a guy and Gabriel gets jaleous, realizes Elle was lying to him, she runs and that's when he turns into Sylar

Yes!! I saw those pics and I was like whoah! can't wait! But this is exactly what I read. "Kirsten Bell did confirm that we will finally find out that Elle is indeed Sylar's baby mama soon and that in Episode 3x10 The Eclipse that we should expect in her words see some of that "hot baby making".
