I love this show so far but I have never read or heard of the books til now are they any good?

The books are awesome. They are basically accurate to the show except the shows a little more spread out and they add little things not put in the books. Story line basically the same. There are eight of them you should check them out. A lot of men end up fighting for her attention. I love Eric! He plays a very big part later on.
