how did you do the effect 0:15-0:28?

I did this in Premier Pro. I used three clips, the first was the still shot, then moved into a regular clip then a half speed clip. I duplicated the comp, blurred the top layer and used a mask to get the vignette effect.

If I was doing it today I would use After Effects time remapping to keyframe the time changes and use a masked adjustment layer to get the blurred vignette effect.

I have not seen anyone else do what you did to your video. You have alot of talent, not only how you made the video but also how we feel when we watch the video. You can tell that this had to take alot of time and you did a wonderful job on making this. You should make so much more.
