sorry silverchair lovers. but this is totally nirvana. and i'm not complaining about it. they were like 15 years old when they wrote those songs. this is actually amazing.

when i was a kid, i used to love silverchair, specially because it was all grungy pearl jam/nirvana style. just listen to frogstomp. everything's pearl jam and eddie vedder there.

i think they found their own style in Diorama, which is a great album.

@Silverchairbabe nah, with u there. For some reason, everyone thinks anyone with a hint of grunge is Nirvana. Silverchair have a unique sound and infact, their songs have more depth and better musical structure than Nirvana back when the boys were only 14. Don't get me wrong, Kurt had a great voice but alot of the good Nirvana tracks were covers. Silverchairs Shade for instance, seriously wow, for a 13 yr old i'm godsmacked. Silverchair took grunge out of the gutter.
