  • Actually, Kahlers are what Kerry likes better than Floyd. And that I know for a fact :)

  • I put EMG 81 and 85 in my first BC Rich, only the third guitar I ever owned

  • which is better this or asm pro

  • why to give a such a beat up to thos guitar?:-)

  • For you who live in Europe and want this guitar for a cheap price, here´s a link, im buying this guitar myself. Just heading over to the bank to put some more cash on my card then this baby´s mine to.

  • 1:10

    Aerials!!! =D =D

  • hey have u played the synyster gates costom if u have is it a good guitar

  • woo aerials

  • Can u make a vid showing more of the guitar such as ....a side angle closup of the neck etc. ....thinking about getting one,but gotta know the neck isnt fat like the Bird ST

  • No can do man, don't own the guitar anymore. It is definately not a fat neck though. Nothing like a gibson LP.

  • whats that clean riff that you played at the end i think it was metallica but not sure..could anyone help me?

  • does it have a battery cavity for the emg's???

  • hi, why did you sell it? did you have any problems with it? i think about buying a jr. v deluxe because the jackson demmelition (pro series) costs twice as much - at least here (750€ vs. 1450 euros)

do you know what original floyd rose was installed on your deluxe? was it made by schaller? or was it the asian made 2000 version?

did you buy a new guitar? which one? (if it should be the demmelition please make a review ;)

    thanks, tobi

  • @cabritoancestrais could u compare to any other guitars?

  • @cabritoancestrais How about the other one? Looks pretty good. I've now had three Warlocks in all, never stray from the NJ line, unless you get a Handmade USA

  • a Kerry King Wartribe Has a Kahler Tremolo while a NJ Deluxe has an FR orig and a KK is made of Maple while a Nj Deluxe is mahogany A KK also has a PA2 Preamp and it has a tribal graphic and a beast headstock while an NJ Deluxe Is black with binding and a reversed headstock

  • What's the difference between the Kerry King Signature Wartribe and the NJ Deluxe Warbeast???

  • the kerry king one has a khaler floyd and it has a boost on it for volume, it sounds really nice with the line 6 spider valve, one problem, Khalers suck balls, you bend that string and it goes right out of tune you need to usually dive bomb or jerk the trem to throw it back into tune, typically what you would do with like a strat if you used the trem and it went out of tune, i have to do it with my prs :/

  • Can u sell it to me, that one or the other one?

  • yes it is aerials

  • you gotta love them EMG"s

  • whats this cost either in us or aus???

  • About 799.99 USD

  • is that aerials i hear?

  • So, the guitar only has an inlay on the 12th fret, does it have the dots on the sides of the fretboard? so u have some idea of where u are playing lol.

  • Yep!

  • i have the v!!!

  • can u get the v with a widow headstock?

  • does this guitar neck dive at all?

  • not at all. perfectly balanced

  • thanks, great playing btw

  • @cabritoancestrais Little neck heavy though, they all seem to be, but I found the large headstock just seems strange since I have played all smaller ones in the past! haha Locking strap positioning is usually the key to the balance issue

  • I don't like the head stok of warlock =P I'll get a NJ deluxe Warbeast I think.Oh btw great playing 5*

  • im in the same situation

    did u get it?

i dont erally like the horns on the warbeast tho

  • I got the warbeast and .... ITS AWESOME!!!! SUPERB METAL GUITAR !!!! BUY IT AND YOU WILL LOVE IT :D :D Incredible guitar If you want to play metal ... buy this fcking guitar without thinking a sec :D:DD:

  • dude dude dude

lol tell me all about it

    wats the neck like??

is it heavy?? as in weight

  • Fretboard is very comfortable , (neck is not heavy btw) Sustain is amazing(neck-thru) , emg 81 and 85 pickups are just awesome :D It's got a spider headstock which looks great and thats pretty much it :D buy this fcking guitar If you want to play metal :D trust me I love this guitar and you'll love it too =)

  • hmm ok , anyway If your gonna get it buy warbeast ;)

  • B.C. Rich blows away Dean.

  • i would say warbeast

  • but the warlock is more noble

  • what was tht very last song duded

  • 'a farewell to arms' by machine head off of the blackening

  • Is that a old 80's warlock in the background with the reverse headstock?

  • certainly is man, good eye. My first guitar!

  • im trying to decide between this and a dean. i'd appreciate any feedback.

  • Depends on what sorta Dean bud. If it's USA made then go for it. If it's one of those non USA dime guitars then I'd go with the BC Rich. More details please

  • i was looking a dean razorback v. also i don't wanna look strictly death metal with the warlock.

  • well look at it like this. The dean razorback won't have the same resale value or interest that the warlock does. The warlock is neck-thru, ebony board, original floyd and emgs. The RB is licensed floyd, dimebucker, set neck and rosewood. I've played a hand full of non-usa deans and I wasn't too impressed. The RB is similarly going to be a metal looking guitar so don't worry too much about the warlock. Dude, get the warlock, you won't be dissapointed.

  • is the only difference between this and the BC Rich NJ Deluxe V the body shape?

  • The headstock and the body are about the only differences. Mind you, the V is no where near as comfy or user friendly when playing sitting down. The warlock is a jem for sitting perfectly inbetween your legs

  • btw the razorback has emgs.

  • Bonus. It's all down to your choice mate, but the warlock will be the smarter move imo.

  • MACHINE HEAD!!!!

  • Sounds good bro!

what tuning are you in? and what pickups does the NJ use???

  • I think that was drop C down another 1/4 note which is a 430 frequency, not standard 440 frequency. Pickups are emg 81/85 set

  • im just curious, is there any benefit to having it in drop C and 1/4 versus just normal drop C or even drop B?

  • No real advantage so to speak, it's just a preference. I'm very particular when playing machine head and pantera so that 1/4 note is a must. I really like it.

  • dont want to be mean but you need to work on your sound it may be the camera but i dont know

  • I used a canon ixus 80 still cam so it's not exactly meant for video. I understand where you're coming from though. I've watched my vid on a couple of different sound setups and it varies and can sound quite harsh with with distorted tones. I'm gonna put another vid up sometime with my revised settings, less gain and high end. cheers

  • sounds good to me

  • this is probably one of the heaviest guitar sounds I've ever heard. what are the settings on your amp?

  • cheers bud, i'll have to get back to you on that one as it's loaded into my preset bank plus i've got a 10 band eq running with it.

  • Is this guitar neck heavy? and hows the action?

  • no neck dive at all, plays like a dream. The action was super sweet right from the box

  • nice halfstack!

  • i see a mesa combo back there what do you think is better the spider valve or the mesa, what amp is more versatile and if you had to choose one of two wich one you choose, i play a lot of diferent of musical styles but i like a lot hi gain sounds with a lot of punch, and crystal cleans with a lot of sustain... :D

  • By far the spidervalve is more versatile as it has 12 amps, effects etc, plus 36 savable channels with the short board. The mesa is a single recto combo and it's a friggin beautiful amp and it does cleans through to metal. I think my mate paid $3000 for the mesa. I paid $1600 for my spidervalve. I recently played the SV through a Mesa Stilleto 4x12 and it was incredible! The SV is punchy, has great cleans and plenty of sustain.

  • jjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjj turn that distors off and you will hear nothing

  • Firstly: Nice Playing

Secondly: I'm thinking of getting this guitar, do you recommend it?

  • Cheers bud. Highly recommend it! I unfortunately sold it recently to fund a necessary plane ticket. But yeah, solid as a rock fuckin all out metal guitar. Great bang for buck!

  • nice shorts ;)

  • of all the comments ;)

  • how much was this beast?

  • Aerials :)

  • kick ass guitar kick ass guitar amp but what hell is it whit the mic thats not hardcore at all get better mic man ;P cheers!

  • It's filmed with my canon ixus 80 so go figure.

  • agg it sounds perfectª

  • nice a bit of halo

  • that aint Halo, thats farewell to arms my friend :P

  • the halo riff was played in the video though

  • Stupid Midget LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hai! Nice guitar! I want one so bad but i only have like 230 bucks now. i was wondering what color is the back of the neck. is it natural wood on like the light yellowish color? :]

  • The back opf the neck is Painted Black.

  • One part I liked about this guitar... is it's practically pitch black everywhere, minus the whatsit on the outside

  • the finaly riff is very good!!

  • Does it come with a whammy bar?

  • Yes, a original floyd Rose

  • does it suits like a normal shaped guitar in playing while sitting???

  • these are really comfortable either way, if you have it between your legs or resting it on your thigh it all feels normal

  • that's what she said!

  • haha it was

  • Very nice vid and playing style! I have been looking for a guitar and this seems to be the cheapest that suits all my needs! I currently own a 2003 b.c.rich bodie art collection Doc Murdock's warlock. But it's starting to get old and hardware is all jacked up! So i wanted to buy the 2008 nj warlock to have better pickups, bridge, tunners, etc. and keep a formilliar feel. Do you think that this guitar would be a good investment? Check out my file to see my music styles i like to play! Thank you!!

  • Hai! Nice guitar! I want one so bad but i only have like 230 bucks now. i was wondering what color is the back of the neck. is it natural wood on like the light yellowish color? :]

  • DAMNIT i want that guitar.

  • nice Machine Head stuff :-D

  • What about wood? Is it mahogany? It sounds beefy and hard.

  • mahogany indeed with neck thru construction

  • Thats an awesome sounding guitar. I hear that BC rich guitars are prone to neck diving. I just wondered as this doesn't have the widow headstock, do you have this problem? I am thinking of buying one but hate badly balanced guitars.

  • No neck dive what so ever. VEry comfortable to play sitting and standing. It has been a very hard guitar to fault.

  • Good to hear, I've always wanted a Warlock. Can't wait to try one out now.

  • yeah machine fucking head

    nice guitar :)

  • im thinking of getting one of these whats the tremelo like on them?

  • Solid as a rock bud. The strings on it at the mo are fairly worn in and I just tested it the other day to see how much it would take before it went of tune. Let's just say it can take a lot!

  • gd, coz its probably the best metal guitar of its price range

  • emg's, orig. floyd, 24 frets, neck-thru. yes your right, best metal guitar in price range

  • I prefer the JR V. I think its has more tones than the warlock

  • ok, thanks:)

  • What is the price of it?

  • hey this would REALLY help me out, i want to get this guitar but on the mockingbird st it says that it has an original floyd rose but it has a crappy ping floyd rose. Is the one on you deluxe nj a schaller made one (says made in Germany on the back of the bridge) and whether it says that or not does it stay in tune well

  • I'm a bit busy to open the back up right now, but it is an original floyd rose. It stays in tune perfectly bud, no problems at all! I've not tuned it for a month or so and it's still in tune.

  • I think most of the time b.c rich don't use schaller floyd rose on their guitars...

  • nah this series has floyd rose original trem

  • not all original floyd rose are from schaller...

  • i didnt say that at all. i said they use floyd rose original.

  • sorry the confusion I responding to the ToxicPeach ...

  • no problem

  • "not all original floyd rose are from schaller..."

NO original floyd rose is from schaller.. schaller only has licensed. only floyd rose makes original floyd rose. thats why theyre called ORIGINAL floyd rose

  • ping used to make them too!

  • But schaller is the main producer!! And there is only like 2 others for original floyed roses...wright? I think so... not shure.. is ping discontinued? (ping was an old original floyed rose maker in the 80's)

  • only on the cheaper models! But the newer models all include an original floyed!

  • Phag.

  • that riff with the clean sounds amazing nice job

  • 100% agree

  • The neck on it is smooth as a Brasilian wax bud, not ultra thin like an ibanez. Sorta in between an RG and an ESP horizon (thin) neck. Very easy to play and super slick with the ebony. Pity I have to sell her...

  • Hey man nice guitar...

Between BC RICH WARLCOK DELUXE NJ and a ibanez rg 2550z witch of them do you think is better ? Please can you make a complete review talking about that warlock ?

  • i have one of these babys , and there just fuking awesome. man i so just wanna fuk it!

  • how is the neck on it... is it thin and fast?? I want to get the NJ Deluxe Warbeast.. I like the warbeast better than the warlock.. cause the headstock and the horns.. :D.. thanks for any info man

  • do you now how much it would cost

  • i love that guitar
