I love the fact that the world cup is finally in South Africa. But as a knowledgable soccer enthusiast, I need to be frank, The World Cup is all about marketing. Everything is set up to have big national teams winning the world cup.
No longer would you will ever see an underdog defeating a power house, hence, Uruguay vs Brazil 1950. With the number of viewers from Mexico and the organization of South Africa, I believe those two are automatically heading to the next round.
