@GustavWadstrand I know him. I took his in-field workshop a few years ago. They are using some of Mystery's ideas for the Viper character. Not all though, of course. Mystery does not come across as sleazy, though there is an element of social manipulation in what he does.

On a funny note, the real Mystery, in that situation, would probably have switched his strategy after the second agent arrives, and attempted to bring them both home for a threesome, ha ha ha! :D

In the real world, Mystery's training was originally geared for guys who were already successful with women in one-on-one situations, but who required extra skills to succeed in club situations in which the women you want to meet are there with a group of friends. If you just go talk to her while ignoring her friends you will appear very rude.

I know the guy on whom Viper's character and methods are loosely based. The real life guy wears the same hat (among other hats), but he does not come across as sleazy.

What the real guy does is still social manipulation, though.
