  • I am studying Evironmental Science at a local community college. it is really helpful and I was very appreciative to be able to watch this lecture from one of the best colleges in the US. Professor was very interesting and easy to pay attention to.

  • WELCOME TO VERMONT ,RED NECK CAPITAL PF WORLD?

  • Don't start uni for another year but this gives me a head start. Thanks for uploading. Much appreciated

  • I just like the way you have done an introductory session on Environmental Law and Policy.

  • this is a really great service, UC Berkeley is a World Class Institution, great proactive approach to information sharing.

  • this lecture is brilliant, as an Australian highschool student, i really had no idea on which pathway shud i take for a career in climate change mitigation, but this presentation on Environmenatal law was very insightful indeed. Thanks to those who posted this video and i hope many other of my contemporaries can appreciate environmenta law and its increasing significance into the future of climate by watching this video. Thanks mate

  • can I have the book

  • Go to 6:00 to save some time.

  • Thanks for the webcast. I am inspiring about going to Law School at Concord Law School which is totally online. Its accrdited 100% in Calif. but not nowhere else. Please contact me by email because i would like your advice.

  • wait wait wait.

    dis isn't science!!!!!

    dis is law!!!

i want to learn about Ecology.

  • is this fun or what!!!

    this is so helpful!!!!!!!!

shes more fun than my science teacher.

  • I'm so glad to be able to see this, it gives me an insight into this course... because I'm still undecided if I want to apply to it or not. Anyways, cheers for uploading =)

  • i was amazed when somebody comment after listening only one lecture or part of lecture as Teillana did.

  • Not bad - but it seems more like a "Save the Earth" lecture than a lecture about law in a top-ranked law school. How much was law actually discussed? Not that much.

  • It's the introductory session for the first day of class. The subsequent lectures delve into CAA, CWA, climate change, etc.

  • Teillana.....

Well it is Environmental Law not just a Law

  • Is there any way to get a syllabus for this course?

  • Guys don't be fooled its just another way for government to get money from you and control. Wake up and see truth.

  • Thanks, I love this :X

  • Great teacher with a delivery you can understand. Please get her students a mike..is Berkeley not able to modernize? It kills her course...booooooooooooooring when the students attempt to participate because we cannot hear what they are saying.

  • Agreed but at least she is pretty tech savvy in a field where most professionals are behind the curve on multimedia presentation, network/FTP, and wireless device stuff. Professors and teachers of the future won't pass muster unless they understand these things. I like how she offered to cut up and distribute .pdf files over a network. Not bad for a musty law professor.

  • very nice!!

  • CYNTHIA CYNTHIA CYNTHIA CYTNHIA

  • The style of teaching is really professional by delivery skills and voice. If she teach this lesson in Vietnam, I think that, the students will not have many time to write all things, only note some main words. Oh, please view the part of climate change, very good!

Thank the author a lot! And thank Ms Holly Doremus!

    Regards from Vietnam

  • I will join this online course regularly. I love it ! ^^

  • 真好

  • I think she is a very good prof. that she speaks perfect English , she has a good delivery skills and easy to express the subject which she has been talking about .

thans for you (prof. ) from Egyptian writer .

  • Running A Gas Car On Cooking Oil

  • Why the veggie car can't save the world?

  • We need to go back in time. For say, we need to build old fashion homes with just candle lighting the home. We might be surprise who is willing to live in those meanings especially if the homes are sale at a very low price. In addition, we need pass laws one walking distance city up to 3 miles that these cities are not to be allow to use transportation because they are walking distance cities.

  • i'd like to know more about law lectures about civil and commercial law, can anybody give me more info?

  • how is the professor's teaching?

  • She's not bad, in my opinion. But I haven't compared to other professors teaching the same subject. So I am not certain.
