i remember this race started on sunday and ended on monday because of water underneath the track

no one's fault here. the track is seeping, jr had nowhere to go, and sorenson and hornish couldnt see what happened

What a joke of a race....there was water seeping out of the track tht caused wrecks....they should have let Jr, Mears, and Hornish unload ther backups and restarted the race compleatly

You sure got that right, I was upset that Mears and Jr were wrecked. It's like they dried it, then they said okay let's go! Not knowing that there was water seeping up through the track. NASCAR Should've been embarrassed. I agree with you, they should've restarted the race, everyone has a clean car, and the track must be dry, period, no seeps, no exception. I sometimes question NASCAR's call with certain things.

The way Jr hit the wall really had me worried for a few seconds, until he drove away. Reminded me of his wreck at Dover in 2003.

When I saw the wreck, I thought either Mears or Jr. would be injuried but then I saw Hornish catch fire but thank goodness for the new car and best safety features these guys can have.
