Most have websites and with a little digging you can find out if they add fluoride or not. But distilling is your safest bet. Also, a brita water filter (as well as most filters) does not remove fluoride.

They DO Flourate the tap water in western Europe, especially here in Sweden, making people passive to every new totalitarian law.
I have a water cleaner which reduces
Flouride and Chlorine up to 99%.
