I think that rudy killed her, and amanda knew everything! But if she is part of the murder, and she is free now, and she knows she is guilty, her guilt is not going to let her live her life in peace, she won' be able to sleep and live a normal life.

@susandeoliveira Not quite true. The statement was thrown out in relation to self incrimination of Knox, but NOT in the case of Knox incriminating Lumumba. What she did to Patrick (who employed her & trusted her), cost him his business and his marriage. He will have a cloud of suspicion over him until until he dies. Judge Claudio Hellman gave the correct verdict - and I would be loathe to announce my judgement was somehow better than his. The full story here has not been told.

For those ones of you that cant read the posts of the Italian submitters of the last 12 months are in the 90%of cases hugging Mez and wishing her justice.
Some are a little extreme and offensive towards mrs.knox but many don't even take her in consideration at all.they just focus on how Mez was beautiful and adorable in the real life.

The verdict should be 'not proven' rather than 'not guilty'. If the investigation had been carried out properly, both Amanda and Raffaele would be in prison for the next 20 years. Contaminated evidence and poor policing has set Amanda Knox free; she has not been exonerated.

There is a young girl posting on this and some other pages going by the name of MsBScotch. I know some people have found what she is saying offensive and have reported her, but I would ask you to understand, she is not well.
I am making efforts to try to locate her and get in touch with a family member or someone who may be able to make sure she is ok, but wd ask, if u do know this girl, please would you just check and make sure she is ok.

The Kerchers may be able to find some peace when they accept that Amanda was Meredith's friend.
They may be able to take some comfort that, although their daughter was lost, someone else's daughter was saved.
I have hope that one day we will see the Kerchers and the Knoxes meet in friendship and understanding.
This would be a real honor to Meredith's memory.

If Amanda gives them money, they will believe she is doing so out of a sense of responsibility for the murder. At any rate, their Italian lawyer will tell them so.
This will make them feel that justice was NOT done in acquitting Amanda and Raffaele.
But the ONLY consolation they can hope to receive will come from the belief that justice has been done.
So, the best help Amanda can give them is to give them nothing.

Nearly everyone believes Casey had something to do with her daughter's death, but you can't convict on belief. You have to have the evidence.
The prosecution did not have enough evidence for first degree murder, and they offered no evidence for anything else.
Casey probably is guilty, but the prosecution over-reached.
You are asking the jurors to ignore the prosecution's entire case and go with their "gut feeling". That is very dangerous thinking.

I think she has some mental disorder-I can't diagnose her and say what she has but she def took part of the killing. She has narcassistic tendencies for sure. @susandeoliveira Not quite true. The statement was thrown out in relation to self incrimination of Knox, but NOT in the case of Knox incriminating Lumumba. What she did to Patrick (who employed her & trusted her), cost him his business and his marriage. He will have a cloud of suspicion over him until until he dies. Judge Claudio Hellman gave the correct verdict - and I would be loathe to announce my judgement was somehow better than his. The full story here has not been told.

@MsBScotch the evidence may not show she is guilty beyond all reasonable doubt but it clearly shows she was involved, she lied to police, tried to over up her involvement, and pointed the finger a completely innocent man! She wasnt found 'innocent,' her conviction was overturned due to a lack of evidence showing (beyond all reasonable doubt) that she had committed the murder. What evidence there is should be disturbing to anyone who cares about truth and justice.

@winston2015 Actually, she was acquitted, which means the person is innocent of the crime. Casey Anthony was found not guilty due to lack of evidence, she was not acquitted. There is no evidence to support the allegations against Amanda Knox.

She is not a stupid girl, she knew that the police could very well find evidence of her involvement, yet she made no attempt to escape, even when it was clear that they suspected her. Once she was back in the US, the American government would not have made her go back and face a trial, so she would still be free. A lot of things don't add up. This could be one of those cases where the motivations are so simple and elementary that most times they get avoided due to their obvious semplicity.
In my opinion this was a fight between probably 2 women sharing the same rooms and facilities over bullshit reasons,that then ended up in a tragedy.I personally don even think that the 2 men have nothing to do with this mess in a direct way.Rudy could have actually tried to help out Mez once he saw her dying on the floor. In Italy we don' t love America ; there weren' t enought proves to involved Knox and Sollecito. We belive in justice...and we try don' t destroy the life of innocent people only for the satisfaction of some newspaper.

She and her boyfriend could not be innocence, because they were at home, where Meredith was brutally murdered. So they must know the real murder, if they are are not the murder! Only for not helping a person in time of need must they stay in prison!

there is no justice in this world for the innocent . this has also turned into a political circusand the italians once again bowed to the pressures of america. this is modern justice where a life is taken for the fun of it. they are guilty and will always be. justice will prevail will it be now or later justice will prevail...... may your spirt sour meredith you did not deserve this but people like you do not belong in this world where evil lurks round every corner.

The verdict should be 'not proven' rather than 'not guilty'. If the investigation had been carried out properly, both Amanda and Raffaele would be in prison for the next 20 years. Contaminated evidence and poor policing has set Amanda Knox free; she has not been exonerated.
