The reason why you don't see more women of color in the gym is because of the discipline factor most women of color have. Most women of color rely on their "voluptuous" frames to stay the same. I knew a many black women with "hourglass" frames who pretty much "let themselves go". Unfortunately A lot of my young black sistas think this way. However, I love to see women of color in shape! The more lean and toned a sista's body is, the more a sista's bosom and buttocks will stand out....with pride!

I almost witnessed a fight between 2 men at the gym because of such vibes. But, it's good to know you still work out.
