Me and my mom absolutely love putting all types of frozen fruits in the Vitamix blender and making so many different types of ice creams. I was never crazy about figs so we just made a banana ice cream. Also a mixed berry ice cream and the chocolate cherry ice cream recipe that's on Dr. Fuhrman's website too, which is truly AMAZING.

Yup! I made it all the time. And you don't have to use soymilk, you can try rice milk/any other vegan milk too.
There's vegan chocolate, which tastes very good to eat with the ice cream!
