  • People are so stupid, you don't have to lock out your arms, going about 75% of the way towards locking your arms works your chest just as well as going the whole way would.

    Look up any well-known body-builder doing bench press, he'll have the same technique.

  • @backthemack your comment is very interesting if true?? I was only joking, I know from experience how difficult lifting a 100kg is. The most I got to was 6 reps at 100kg. Do you really believe though that 17 year olds lifting this weight can only do it on steroids?

  • hes got strong pecs, look at the other videos on here of people lifting similar weights they all skinny not muscular so hes doing something right

  • @MyANTHEMS Or they just have lean and mean genetics, u dont have to be big to lift big weights but dont forget he lifts it 14 times, many scrawny teens can BP 100KG one time with two spotters and butt off the bench . when thire reall 8RM is maybe 75KG
