I don't think that it is lack of knowledge that we don't do deals; it is a lack of confidence on the first deal - afraid that we will make a major mistake! The step by step process sounds great, along with the short videos and homework assignment. The hour/day assignment, with the prize of money in 30 days, sounds fantastic! Danna
