My gosh, for a demo, this is pretty friggin' good. Is that a french horn?  Now why couldn't ole Adam and Sara have got a record contract and released an album? Did they?

That is a euphonium you're hearing. Adam (the guitarist, not the singer) has put out three albums independently, with Sarah appearing on the third, and me appearing on all three. He seems to have stopped writing music, for now at least.
