Tense your stomach all day... it sounds easier than it is. so i used to make a game of it, like every time I went through a door i'd tense my stomach for 10 seconds..... then 20, 30 and so on... try that and see if it helps.

Gained 5 pounds but went from a 36 to a 34'' waist. WOOT. Except my arms and chest hurt now so its hard to like wash my hair or.... sleep. Its a good hurt tho. Def you should get in the gym if you have free membership! I worked at a golf course used to get free membership
