  • look bud this set up is not worth the money ya can build your own for a $1000 less 200 watt pannal 1000 watt inverter and a charge controller from $30 to 50 $ 4 deep cycle marine batt 4 time what they are offering you for less then a grand

  • i read somewhere where it said that you plug the generator into the wall socket and then plug your appliances into the generator. I dont know why they would write that seeing that this product charges up with the sun. I just wanted to make sure I can use it without plugging it into outlet, before i buy one. im pretty sure i can.

  • you can do your own for $500 with a powerinverter and a deep cycle battery . lol charge ya $1000 to make it for u . i built over 30 emergency backup power systems for friends

  • @jerrysjunk Glad someone else realized what crooks these guys are.

  • and how many Wp can you get out of the solar panel?

  • What can you power with this? How many hours can you say, run a space heater? or a fridge? how many hours for each of these items-just to give me an idea..thanks!

  • Making believe this is similar to a conventional generator is totally deceptive IMO.

  • @boenning111 It's good for short term outtages but for prolonged blackouts get a gas generator and a bunch of deep cycle batteries.

  • How great this is

    No Gas to worry about!

Someone thinking out of the box

  • How long would this run for before it died if I plugged up a laptop computer, wifi and a lamp. How do you recharge it when there is no sun and it dies?

  • can they be used forever, SO I wont have electric bills forever.

  • I am buy one. How much money?

  • @X9Intelectual $1597. You can buy on our website listed in the description of the video.

  • @X9Intelectual Don't be conned by these crooks, you could buy a solar panel, deep cycle battery, charge controller and inverter for less then a quarter then what these guys want.

  • Great video...I converted my home to a net-zero solar powered home that uses no oil or gas...I made a video about it called, "Preparing for Peak Oil"....

  • what about at night time. when there is no sun. or some time you don,t get sunshine for few days ? can we store the electric in to some device and use it at night time , please any one who knows the answer ?

  • @alghoraba Actually, the PowerSource1800 has 51amp hours worth of batteries in it so you're able to store the energy you collect on sunny days. Also, the PS1800 will still be able to charge on partly cloudy days, just not as quickly.

  • @solutionsfromscience

51 amp hours gives no relevant information to its power output. What is the batteries voltage?

  • @alghoraba :- don't worry i was thinking the same thing but all the same smart and well im sure over time that the batteries could be replaced with better, cheaper tech later on... great idea though,

  • PHENOMENAL.

    GOD BLESS YOU.

  • I have the 1500 watt battery for emergencies for my net-zero powered home....it works great...I think the solar panel is optional...

  • Probably they should be investigating new ways to save energy before they spend vast amounts of money. A case in point is that in 2005 the Government, Market Transformation Program had tests made on a new type of cleaner that employs Air Recycling Technology. The results show that it could save 1.5 Terawatt (1,500 Gigawatt) each year in the UK alone. Simply, by changing the type of cleaner we use in our homes. It was originally designed to remove health hazards inherent in the vacuum cleaner.

  • @arcart0

    Wow, interesting info :)

  • i thought i might have spent a minute learning how much these things cost, now that WOULD be usefull
