Ich glaube nicht unbedingt das der vergaser zu mager läuft ich glaub eher das die ventile zu stramm sind!!!!

im grunde ist hier das problem, daß zu viel luft und zu wenig benzin im gemisch (wird im vergaser erzeugt) bereitgestellt wird.

somit ist eine zu heisse verbrennung und wenig motorleistung garantiert. motorschäden nicht ausgeschlossen.

in meinem fall hatten wir die nadel falsch positioniert. zusätzlich habe ich noch eine andere düse verbaut. somit werden wir in zukunft wohl von mir keine glühenden krümmervideos mehr zu sehen bekommen....

Could be a jetting problem, running to lean, mine will only run choked and when i let off of the throttle it pops, could be a cracked intake again, which i had a year ago. Got the bike Nov 23rd One month old problems were a leaking engine/crankcase gasked, undersized battery, cracked intake, wrong crank installed at the factory, mine was the 46th 530 made so we were still doing R&D on them. After all the problems were fixed people out at Anza Borrego are impressed with it's power. Later dude.
