Legal Definition of Murder is "The unlawful killing of another human being without justification or excuse" so he as a lawyer can't say they were murdered since their entire angle is to justify what they did and saying they were murdered would contradict their defense. In my opinion no one should have to answer this question and these guys should never be brought to our country as they don't deserve it and this administration has no concern for our countries security and well being.

Bill's purposely trying to degrade this lawyer. It didn't work for me, the questions were really low grade. Trying to assault this lawyer basically. I actually thought Scott handled himself really well. He didn't let Bill put words in his mouth and that's Bill's trademark.

@lomeloft How does that make him a scumbag? These people have the *right* - according to our own Constitution, if that means a damn thing to you - to a fair trial. This attorney is offering his skills because he knows that under the circumstances these inmates will have anything but a fair trial to boot. A lawyer isn't there to give his own opinion, he's there to represent his client the best he can. He's not gonna shit on his client on national tv for all to see, and sink his own case!
