I can assure You that LED lighting gives better results! It's little expensive, but with good power pack it will guarantee 100% identical lighting on every photo! :D

@Jesslayc Maybe your videocamera has a still frame function? that could give good results. otherwise i would recommend spending about 50 (us dollars right?) on a cheap camera and spend the rest on lightning and what other fixtures you might need. Unless you plan to use this camera in other aplications then stop motion photografy. Because that would be another story.

That was actually really awesome. What I am curious about is the frame rate versus movement. I would imagine one peice per frame would look kind of choppy. Could that be fixed by using multiple legos and making the peice bigger? For example. like a wave. 100 bricks would look choppy, but 1000 would look smoother. Thanks or the tip on lighting. Ive never really thought about that. See? I learned something new today :)
