  • Hello. Thanks for your message. You are only 34 and nothing can be done? This might be true but be sure that that decision is based on an x-ray diagnosis as we (health care professionals) can never know the degree of 'wear and tear' without a picture (x-ray etc).

  • Thanks for these videos. I have had several horse accidents over the years, and my neck has issues for sure. I also have poor posture and forward head posture. I love to ride, and this is affecting my ability to do so. I am 34. I worry that I will look like this person when I am older. I have goneto a chiropractor that has given me exercises for stretching the muscles in my back and legs. He says there is nothing that can be done about my slouching. Which made me really sad, honestly.

  • Thank you so much for responding! I did fall down a flight of metal stairs as a child...I will definitely check out this website. Thank you for your very informative videos...I wish you were in the US :)

  • Wow so young and so much has happened to you. Thank you for your question. I'd be willing to guess you have had a trauma to cause these troubles. A fall off a horse, a car crash, fall down stairs. Do you remember any from childhood? You must go and see a health care professional (doctor, chiropractor) who specialises or understands the structure of the spine. Try 'ideal spine dot com' and from there you can find a chiropractor who works with structural spinal problems like I do.

  • I am only 33 and I have disk degeneration along with bone spurs and forrward head posture. I have had neck pain and headaches since age 19. Can you help me figure out how to correct it? This video scares me!

  • Important question. I have a category on my website just for forward head posture correction. Check out my website at posture videos dotcom and look under the category 'Forward Head Posture' and there are free videos there!

  • How do you correct forward head posture?

  • very informative ! Thank you!

  • Don't know why there isn't more views. This is so interesting and revealing just how important posture is for overall health. Thanks very much for the 3 part vids:)
