Appears to be the TF performance by LR at the opening of the R & R HOF back in '95. A very strong performance by one of the very first inductees (the first?) - better than some from the '70s! - but the depressing attempt at satire with the esteemed leader "in drag" actually interferes with the funk. Also, the "Tutti Frutti" "gay" association is pretty tired by tghe '90s. Nothing effeminate about the legendary classic hit.
