Bullet was the only band I saw that day that didn't do a sound check before they came on, they sorta did one but not with the amps because of Monster Magnet. So that what they get for not spending a few extra minutes making sure everything was working.
i was so pissed when this happened, they like fully ran out on stage and were rockin out and everyone was just like wtf!?!?!?!?! then everyone started yelling bullshit and turn it up.
The sound guys ruined the melbourne show too... the bass drum was way over-miked and drowned out the guitars... it was the only gig at the Mel soundwave where the sound management was noticeably bad. Shame
the sound guys a fuking dumbass! he spoiled that. fuking bullet must be tight as shit to just rely on that and not getn scared bwt being out with each other
well the rest of the band would have had no idea (only from crowd reactions) cause their monitors would have been working for them to continue playing like that
@1sp3ng1 yeah they were still headbanging and jumping around and stuff because they're wearing ear plugs so they couldnt actually tell theyre sound wasnt working and then they were wondering why the crowd wasnt getting into it hahaha it was pretty funny
@ecwwerulz2 nah, even without earplugs they wouldn't have noticed... speakers like that are VERY directional... trust me, when your behind them, you can't hear shit from them (especially if their monitors were working)
@MrButsac "just a metronome" doesn't describe it... what happened was the sound guy had patched the metronome through to the Front Of House speakers instead of the band.
So until it was fixed the only sound from the band was coming from their own backend (their own amps), which are nowhere near loud enough for a show of this size.
hahahahahhah click track hahahahahah
