The thing is, how do you judge somebody's ability to translate by their writing? Inst it something completly different? I dont want to tell you that my english is perfect because it is not, I recognize that I'm always learning. I have never said I was perfect in english.
But you have to recognize that there is something called the formal and informal way of writing, speaking or reading in any language be it Portuguese, English, Japanese or whatever... I express myself in both ways, and I see many American expressing themselves like this as well, and I'm not courteous enough to correct them the way you did to me, because that's not polite if you didn't know that.
Regarding my English flaws don't worry, I'm aware of them all, and I have the chance to get English classes at my school here.... That's why I said in the beginning you don't know me... because you don't.
