I was so sad that Ben didn't really have a love interest in the show besides Juliet (and Danielle Rousseau at the end). They should've had Annie come back just so he could've shown his softer side. I mean c'mon if Hurley and even John had love interests, Ben should've- besides Juliet, who had no feelings whatsoever toward him. I think Annie will always have Ben's heart.

The writers dropped the ball with Annie. In the sS3 DVD commentary they said she would become HUGELY important to Lost and connected to more people than just Ben. Which prompted several theories that Ben might be Kate's real father but neither of them know. They certainly have a LOT in common... and it would explain Kate's personality.

I loved Ben's interaction with Ilana. After she found out about Jacob, they were completely honest with each other. A first on Ben's part. I saw something there.

The scenes at 0:30 with Desmond and at 1:32 with Daniel and Charlotte are such startling contrasts to the otherwise happy first half of the video... it really helps set the tone for some of the less than happy love stories being told in the second half. It's really sad to think about how many of these relationships fell through in the end (whether through death or other unfortunate circumstances).

For the most part it seems like in Lost if you fall in love, you're only setting yourself up for disaster. Only exception seems to be Rose and Bernard.

Everytime I watch this I feel like LOST have been there always when I need it. The amazing cast is just amazing, and the romance between the characters is lovely and charming. Can't wait for the final season *tears* and Charlie, Claire & Aaron. Those are my faves. Hope Sawyer can end with Juliet cause they look adorable together! And hope all doubts get cleared (the important ones), cause not all questions will get answered.

Really extraordinary insight here. Especially in the edits and song choice. Well done. However, in my opinion, in the context of the show and in preparation for the upcoming season, I feel that every flashback scene seemed a bit out of place here. Especially Michael... that really doesn't help with S6 prep (but that's just me). But really great video(s)! Keep up the great work!

Ok, are we watching the same video? look closely at the second 0:16; it's a scene from Do no harm, when jack couldn´t save Boone, and aaron was born; Shannon and Sayid are walking on the beach. Desmond and Penny are great together. Rose and Bernard are a sweet, seasoned couple. Weird couples were Sayid and Shannon and Sawyer and Juliette. Terrible chemistry and just awkward. My favorite is Jack and Kate, but that's because I liked Jack. Then he just seems to give up too soon on their relationship and make a bunch of poor decisions concerning her.  Too bad. I thought Charlie was just too weak for anyone. Too immature.
