  • awesome!

  • Great job.... Nice looking neck on that Bass

  • i never expected bach sonatas to sound so good at bass.... GREAT JOB

  • Great job!!

  • Bravo, quasi quanto l'originale!

  • Excellent right and left hand technique! Very well worked out fingering and shifting. My violin music of this has an F# in measure 13 (around :22) but I believe you played an F natural. I wonder if that's one of those Bach examples where some editions have accidentals that Bach might not have included, but the editor believes he intended. Great video! I'm going to check out your other videos.

  • Nice Sound! Did you plug directly into your computer?

  • hi huu thanks, bass into Mackie mixer then soundcard

  • teach me! if i could only master one thing it would be bach on bass. bravo

  • Sounds great. Beautiful tone and great clarity.

  • OH!!good man~

It's my first time to watch people playing classical bass solo@@

  • awesome! subscribed!

  • thank you! blessings

  • Nice!!!

  • good !!!!! :)

  • Bravo! Great feeling, cool and clean baroque sound, pure technique... wonderful!!!

  • many thanks!

  • great tone and playing!

  • Very cool. I wonder if you've considered playing the dotted figures strictly? My wife is a violinist and says people do it either way, strict or with a triplet feel. I'm not sure if there was some baroque tradition of simplifying the notation with a triplet feel being assumed.

  • The dotted figures really do enhance the feel of this piece.I find mine tend to turn into triplets unless I'm staring at the written music.Good observation.cheers!

  • I'm working on this song. it's quite tough at times, great job

    !!

  • That sounds bad man, and your tones freekin amazing, and correct me if I'm wrong but your playing an a memphis are'nt you?

  • much appreciated!that's just your basic FenderJ (1978usa).I think

Memphis copied a P bass though which sounded and played quite well!cheers

  • You have a very pure sound. It makes me relax listening to it. Did it take you a long time to learn? Do you know if it's possible to find the tab on the internet?

  • thanks! I've been working this one out with good old sheet music

  • sheet music?very cool

  • Bach was one of the greatest musical geniuses of all time.

It's brilliant that you play his music on an electric bass. Keep it !!!

  • Nice sound, clean notes, good playing,

    and only 4 strings.

    A rare find on YouTube.

I really don't like the 6 string bass players.

They really need to play guitar instead because they are annoying.

  • really great job!!!!!

  • Yes you have such a nice tone! and excellent playing, very fluid!

  • great playing! and your bass sounds REALLY good, nice warm tone.

  • thanks ! much appreciated !

  • Nice, solid, buzz-free sound. Cool take on a Bach piece, too.
