Since they're a christian rock band they had heaps of supporters and money to back them up, I think they only got as high as double mhyr albums since there's no platinum albums in christian music.

Bands usally suck on live shows, because they rely on pro tools, backup tracks, and other harmonizing software when recording in the studio. Thats just the way things go
