Wow this game looks awesome---I don't think it was ever released in the US? Looks like it would have been a big deal at the time if it was.

The music totally reminds me of Zuntata. I am sure it's not their production, but there is a good sound and musicality to the adventure. Kind of like a mix between Zelda, Ninja Gaiden, and Metal Gear solid. Looks like a killer game!

The gameplay reminds me of the overhead, overworld parts of Konami's first Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game on NES.

I'm kinda questioning the popularity of this, but it is a fact that this game was released several weeks prior to the beginning of two popular game franchises: Rockman and Final Fantasy

Nicely done. The picture looks good and you did a lot of stuff in a short time. If you don't know where some of those treasure boxes are, you'll hunt around forever. a bit of extended play as well I see. Wish I had the box for my cart but oh well.
