  • do you guys not know how to time??? 6 seconds man u guys dont know shit. u dont start timing when he gets to 5 mph, u start timing when the RPM bounces high letting you know that his foot is on the gas after the launch, therefor it is 6.8 seconds guys, big diff from 6 seconds. and BTW the guy who said he walks over 6 cyl. i drive a BMW 535i and i shit on my friends modded rsx-s and its an 03 which is supposed to be the fast one. you would be lucky to beat a 525 lol. dont start me on the 3 series

  • @Majdaqel1993 You mad? Or are you really mad?

  • Own the 05 type s, I walk on a lot of 6 cyls everyday. Beautiful cars!

  • Pretty good driver

  • finally some one who can drive.. first stock rsx s from a dig with a 0-60 less then 6 seconds

  • @TomasPerez15 You mean the just over 6 seconds it took? Lol.

  • @NancyPelosi1954 who gives a fuck its around 6 seconds

  • this is why i bought my type-s ;)

  • I hear Matisyahu! And nice vtec!

  • @Solumic Two years....TWO YEARS!!! Someone finally notices matis.......mucho props.

  • @xacefacex Thanks! I love my good music.

  • great run there bro. very nice shifting as well.

  • @josue the dc5 is the jdm version of the the rsx type-s which is made in the U.S. But in japan they are called Integra type -R so you dont know anything.

  • this is freakin fast as heck. i'm getting upper 5secs according to my stopwatch

  • this is nothing compared to the honda integra dc5! no wonder japs are being called ricers

  • @kriscman You don't make any sense.

  • @xacefacex easy ...the jap version is faster lool

  • @kriscman

    Your comment was seriously dumb!!

  • @kriscman acura = honda, rsx = integra

  • @kriscman i hope you realize the dc5 is the jap version of a rsx type-s in america you dumb ass.

you know nothing about jdm game get off youtube and go learn about cars you probably don't even know what ricer means.

  • @StraightUppJeff u just made my point dumbass the dc5 is different from the acura type s in that it has more agressive aceleration they are NOT the same ...i actually do know alot about the jdm game as i have a jap eg6 which i tuned myself and even that is faster than this acura ..your american versions are all rice (which means all show and no go...yes i know what it means ... shocker xP)

i have also driven 3 dc5's and am quite sure they are faster my point is that the type r has more torque

  • @kriscman ok thats great but i'm just telling you as far as what HONDA/ACURA have to say about their cars, the type s is the USDM version of the DC5. Ya there are different limitation put on the cars but it doesn't make it a ricer? You do really know ricer more strives from the aesthetics of a car and not so much the engine? I'm not saying you can't make some honda noisey as fuck with test pipes and headers but dont be like "Im so JDM so everything is ricer compared to me" it sounds ignorant.

  • @kriscman Acura

  • @kriscman rsx is dc5

  • @kriscman dc5 are acura rsx type s not integra u know nothing about cars

  • @Josue537 lol rsx type s, are actually integras u dumb shit. ahhaha

  • @technique89 hahahaha ikno what they are i just wanted to see what u guys would say

  • @kriscman your stupid

  • Sorry bud im gonna have to disagree with ya. My favorite 4 banger is a Chrysler Conquest. Nice shifting tho

  • 7 second 0-60 ^^

  • @coolgames14 Really? I thought it looked like a REALLY low 6

  • he floor it at 30 and by 37 it hit 60

  • @coolgames14 no,he reved at :30, launched at :31, they do 0-60 low 6's

  • im learning how to drive a stick shift...JUST so i can buy this car =D

  • is the rsx type s a six speed cause im looking at buying one

  • yea.

  • @TEAMCRIS1S type S is a 6 speed and the RSX is 5 speed auto matic

  • The australian Type S is basically a JDM type r, but marketed as a type s. It has most of the JDM parts our USDM doesn't. The difference between JDM and USDM in that the type r is track ready, with brembo,s and stiffer suspensions, recaro racing seats and improved header and exhaust plus a few more i'm forgeting, which equals to 220hp as apposed to our 201 hp (rated at 210hp for 05, but sae specs changed on rating horsepower) 05/06 USDM.

Besides from the info, great vid!

  • @xNick360x the 20hp difference is due to there being a different engine in the type s and type r.

  • hey bro i love your car i'm goin to get one just like it :) you should make some more videos of you drivin around

  • Not driving it anymore man...sorry :(

  • 0/100 in mid sixes? or a bit less, never the less thats sick! btw do you know the differences between an ACURA RSX TYPE S and an Australian Integra Type S?

because from what ive read apart from the obvious such as LHD and RHD and badging the claimed 0/100 0/62mph the LHD Acura is quicker by almost half a second?:S

  • Australian Integra type s? hmmm....don't know anything about it. The only thing close to that is the JDM version of the Type-s which is the Integra Type-r...and that has the K24 engine opposed to the K20a2 engine....I think it pushes out a little more torque.

  • @xacefacex no the jdm integra type r has a k20a.

  • @matto247 australian integra type s is a base model but the type r is equivelent to the rsx type s

  • You would shift whenever you redline.

  • looks pretty good to me, as fast as my truck. your top end it seems to slow down though...could use a chip or a CAI to get some better airflow....gotta love that vtec though

  • yea man..i feel ya..I def. have the money to accomplish such mods..but I'm afraid if I start with just a CAI, then it'll lead to ECU....then to a header..then so on and I'll never pay off my car..and I really wanna get home...btw..can I find an NSX for 15000 grand anywhere? oh and i wanna to a 20 roll with my truck against yours... :)

  • too bad we live no where close :-p

the cheapest you could get right now i would say is probably $20,000 that'd be a 1991, with mid to high miles, keep in mind though the more miles the better on an nsx

  • as with most acuras...but that blows..i can't afford that..looks like i'll be waiting a while..

  • That's sick. I definitely don't think mine will do that... it's been feeling strange lately.
