  • She doesn't sound like this now. They have ruined her voice.

  • Beautiful, Glorious huge voice. Very easily produced...not screamed at all! Great singing!! Wow!!

  • So what is she supposed to act here? that is she's such a bad actress? and what is Turandot's voice supposed to sound like? I just love people when they have opinions and have no clue what they are talking about or back up their claims

  • Effortless and heroic!

  • Wieder mal ein richtiger dramatischer Sopran! super

  • AMAZING

  • Sorry by I do not like this "dramatic soprano". She is a bad actress and this is not the voice for Turandot...

  • does anyone know who the tenor is?

by the way, this girl seems to know what she does... now we know that the great voices are not something of the past... they are thriving amongst us....

  • somoene needs to post the riddle aria that first note she sings is so incredible "Stragnero!!!"

  • if she is inteligent got talent and brains shuld not sing it now!! brava she is if stop to sing it now and sing a life long!

  • fantastic!!!!

  • Very good, screaming that is.

  • Finally a big voice.

  • The unnamed conductor keeps this moving very well and that helps her a lot.

  • powerful voice. I saw her as Brünnhlde in Valencia with Lance Ryan as Siegfried and was amazing.

  • Thanks for posting this. She's amazing!

  • WOW and thanks- she reminds me a bit of Dimitrova which for me is high praise.

    Regards-John

  • exelent!!!!

  • Spectacular singing and interpretation...

a Nilsson in the making! Thank you

for posting and to MrCafiero for sharing!

  • She was great, but she doesn't sing this way now. The conductors and coaches have lightened her voice.

  • What a travesty...we finally get real talent out there, successful, and they have to do their best to ruin it and make it cookie-cutter!

  • One of the best readings of this aria I have ever heard. American soprano Rachel Mathes was another. Wish there was a record of her singing!

  • I saw Rachel Mathes ages ago as Senta in Philly. She was wonderful, but retired soon after to teach. I didn't understand why.

  • Wow. Have just heard her sing Aida in Australia. She was good -- but this is a much better indication of what she is capable of. where was this performance? who put it on?

  • i love her singing!

  • Impressive. There will be a Ring cycle on Blu-ray from Palau de Les Arts Reina Sofia, Valencia with her as Brunnhilde and Zubin Mehta conducting. This has been announced by Unitel.

  • brava brava bravsissima!!!

  • I'm glad that you liked it. :-)

  • You are very welcome. :-) I myself think that her voice is perfectly suited for this difficult role.

  • Thank you for this post...powerful voice & beautiful!
