come at look at these, i use a triple sealer from a craft store for the image as well as the back of the bottle cap and customize them in all different ways, i make bottle cap magnets as well as key chains!

Instead of a nail and hammer you can also use a bead reamer from Walmart. It doesn't damage the caps as much. Good work! Finally someone who isn't trying to take credit for "inventing" this idea. :)

You should use... er, I forgot what they're called but the paper scrapbookers use. They won't bend up like normal paper when you put glue on them.
