To eat pies without getting hurt, you have to purchase the pie. When you purchase a pie a dialogue comes up, A to Accept the pie, X to consume immediatly. Just press X after purchasing it.

How do u eat to get fat? There's no menu to view inventory or select items. Is my game stuffed or do u have to load up on fatty food and go take dmg to eat?

@EL1T3xProductions the potions ur intaking is making you fat so inreturn u need to eat apples carrots celery all the healty stuff to turn skinny again but u might find a potion to make u skinny again also
