LACAN (NetworkCAN) IS A FRAUD! After moving to the downtown arts district I've seen these CAN clowns at work many times. Whenever the police try to enforce the laws and clean the area up, these bozos send out their lapdog, some idiot they call "The General," and a bunch of white lackies. They bring camcorders and clip boards and cause problems for the police. No doubt they want to keep the homeless down so they can milk the system for more Section 8 money. Nothing but a bunch of poverty pimps!!

The person arrested in this video had a warrant for his arrest. His mother flagged down the police and asked them to return her son to a foster home which he had run away from. He was 17 and living on Skid Row. When the police spoke to him, he was uncooperative. He then became agressive and combative when they attempted to take him into custody.
