@MuMu25699 Hi! If you use regular clear polish to apply the lace, then polish remover would work. I would use acetone for the light less light gel. Buff the top of it first.
@Jimjamstrawberry Hi!! Thx so much for watching:-) Yes clear nail polish will work. It may not last as long but you should get at least a week. You want to use a very thick top coat such as Seche Vite. You also want to make sure you use numerous coats to seal. 2-4 coats should be good depending on how thick you apply the polish.
ive seen heaps of photos of nails with heaps of stuff on them like 3d flowers and gems and stuff, could you do a tutorial of that? :) oh and also could you do this with gel nails?
@AlexxPie Thanks for watching!!! Let me make sure I get this right, you want a gel nail design with 3D Flowers, gems, glitter, etc in one design? Kind of like an extravagant type design?
@LovelysInstinct yeah, ive seen lots of photos with poeple with extravogant nails. if you google image search "3d nails" some should come up so you can see what i mean more :)
It can work but I doubt it if the lace will stay on longer than a day. Plus, the lace will not stay flat on the sides and will most likely fray as well. Hope this helps!! Thanks for watching:-)
Thanks for watching!! Orly has a stop nail biting polish. It leaves a bad taste in your mouth when you go to bite your nails. However, some people still manage to endure the bad taste in order to bite their nails:-( I have heard of a stronger product that actually works better. Let me find the name of it and I will message you later:-)
Thanks for watching!! Its actually easier than it looks. After two or three nails, you develop a system of putting the lace on. The products dry really fast so there's not a long wait time. Plus, they aren't very expensive at Sally's:-)
wow that seems like alot of work and time maybe next time u can try just painting ur nails black wait till it drys place the lace on top and paint over it with that nude opi color, and then take the lace off and let it dry. it'll look exactly like u did it just without the feel of the lace when u touch ur nail.
Thanks for the suggestion!! I think that would be an easy approach as well but I really wanted to show how to use the actual lace since it had been requested so many times by others. Both would take some patience and only an hour to complete but I may try this approach next time to see how it works for me. Thanks for watching:-)
You can, but you probably want to make sure it doesn't fray (or make sure the edges don't unravel) as much when cutting out pieces. If applying a large size (like I did in the tutorial) I would suggest only letting some fabric hang off one side so that its easier to seal.
@LovelysInstinct How can you remove the laces from your nails?
