Sisters "G" (Eleanor Gutchrlein and Karla Gutchrlein), were dancers from Germany, appearing in King of Jazz (Universal), and The March of Time, the lost unfinished MGM 1930 musical.
I was always under the impression that Carl Laemmle brought Sisters G over from Germany for "King of Jazz" in 1929. I had no idea that they made more than one movie. When does this date from is it before King of Jazz or after?
What a treat to watch these beautiful interpretiive dancers with the European influence (nee Isadora Duncan influence) perform their art.
very good melody beginning--like Hungarian chardash
