In Kosovo the US intervened with air strikes, but in Iraq they fought with ground troops. If they did fight with ground troops in Kosovo, Russia would have stepped and World War 3 would have begun.
NATO bombed Serbia because of the Racak Massacre which was all setup by the she-devil Madeline Albright. The massacre didn't even occur, it was committed by the KLA against there own people.
Also America should try fix its own problems before "helping" others.

Wow, most of the atrocities were commited after the bombing, because of ethnic cleansing. I hate war, but 1,000 were killed, and that happens. Who justifies, PROVEN ethnic abuses, attacks on a sovereign country with saying "They did it first." Is there a severe civil war in Serbia now? I havent heard of it recently and Ive followed events there. More attacks of course occur during airstrikes, but attacking innocent civilians before, then complaining about why action was taken makes no sense.

The figure that 10,000 Albanians were killed is laughable, because it was based on the premise that "most people would not report a dead relative." BS!! In 1998, the Bosniak Institute published SFR Yugoslavia's final List of war victims from the Jasenovac camp: 49,602 victims at Jasenovac. Around another 100,000 in other parts of Yugoslavia. You shouldn't use inflated numbers. And Serbs and Croats are not at each other throats today, the war ended 13 years ago and Serbia and Croatia has decent relations considering they were at war so recently.
