it depends on what and where you are selling. The top of the market is not increasing, but the smaller apartments in Manhattan are still climbing in prices and selling quickly.

I think the interviewer had it almost right, i'm not sure if its yet the right time to sell, because if you believe we are at the top of a cycle, then who on earth is going to buy. It is though a buyers market.
