  • That's how most people see it with America. We see how the country does not follow its own Constitution

  • Amen. Salaam.

  • studies have shown that if you torture someone they will confess. Whether or not they actually did something doesn't matter, they will confess.

If you didn't do anything and I'm intent on torturing you until I get a confession, what could you possibly say that would make me release you?

  • the most painful thing to experience short of death?? everyone who has done it said it wasnt painful at all, but scary.

  • yeah, I love being water boarded. I do it for the thrill of the scare.

  • "Battle not with monsters, lest ye become a monster, and if you gaze into the abyss, the abyss gazes also into you." Friedrich Nietzsche

  • nice.

  • @allbowdown384 the american government can spy on us they can kidnap us and do terrable things to us. what if you were the one this happened to. war and evil never spreads peace.

  • To be clear. Its unfortunate that we have to rely on torture to get the best intel. I think there is a better way. There HAS to be a better way.

  • Information gained through torture's far, far unreliable man =/ Torture is for fear. Torture is terrorism. Torture is tyranny. Torture is betraying every fellow human with good still in their heart.

  • Torture is illegal lets get that out of the way. But if someone was in my house and had a plan to kill my family, I believe I would do everything in my power to stop it. That said, I may not seem like a nice person after they see me torture someone but i feel that if it keeps my family safe, so be it.. All of THAT aside, I know that torture will make them SPEAK. but i doubt it will make that SPEAK ENGLISH. i think we have but be smarter about intel we get. I KNOW america is better than this.

  • wow, steve kleinman is a g!

  • those responsible , all the way to the top should be prosecuted for tarnishing Americas good name and reputation and taken to the Hague for crimes against humanity and human rights abuses , no exceptions, abysmal behaviour not only lets down the USA but the human race , they should be shamed and brought t trial for their actions
