You should try dehydrating them and them making a powder for cooking. I do this with these and habaneros. Balances them out if you use a powder so you can actually know how hot the final product will be. After eating them for a while you notice they have great flavor. Habaneros are actually sweet. Warning though be careful, breath in that powder and youll be crying, not form the pain, you just have no choice
