You would basically "top-up" and add credit usually in the region of £10.00 in the UK.

And I forgot to mention that you don't get unlimited internet, you only get what you pay for.

From watching a few other reviews, I think you're supposed to tuck that small flap on the case underneath the iPad. This serves to ensure the iPad doesn't slip out and would also make everything look and feel cleaner.
