I purchased a software product that was utilized in cleaning my hard drives. As a consultant I have sensitive data on my computer. I ordered their product and called and lost hours getting it downloaded. Now the program will not open or work, every time I contact them they kept telling to do something different. I asked for a refund and got the run around, theyalso charged me twice for one order. They denied it completely, I had to report them to the fraud department! Complaints are everywhere!
