I hate when ppl shit on raptors......they always got to compare them to a 450 ..... the 450 and the 700 are meant for 2 different types of riding . The motors are built different ...A 450 will get a better start on a raptor where it is made to accelerate faster for racing. The raptor is isn't made for jumps or any off that good stuff where it is really made for tail riding.....due to the ground clearance and all that. There isnt really any needs of mods for raptors reason for not many out there

To the OP, nice vid I look forward to riding my raptor 700 with mods but since they are for queers maybe I bought the wrong sport bike for trial riding according to this guy. Both machines were made for different terrains. Thats why yamaha sells the 450 and the raptor, each does its intentional design well but are two totally different setups and are meant for different purposes.

@bmthfan8953 Sorry, but the YFZ 450 does not have more power than the Raptor 700R. First of all, comon sense; 450 and 700CC engines. 700 is more powerful. The only reason why the YFZ 450 is winning in most races is because the YFZ 450 has more accelaration than the Raptor 700R. The Raptor 700R is more powerful and has more torque. The Raptor can go everywere, the 450 is mainly ment for racing in the MX Track. They are both great machines, but they shouldn't be compared. Different purposes, dude.

The raptor is certainly better for the trails and everday riding, and yfz for the track. But just because a motor has more CC doesn't mean it has more power. Assuming your talking about HP. I believe that stock to stock, the yfz sits around 40 hp give or take one or two, and the raptor 700 is around 41 hp again, give or take one or two hp.

I got a 2011 Raptor earlier this year and love it. You can do anything on it and it's more user friendly.
