Hello, I am an old friend of Sam's from his Putney days. I am truly sorry that he died, and always thought that I would see him again some day. We lost touch when he moved to Denmark but I tried to find him when he moved back to Liverpool, only to find out that he was no longer with us. He was a lovely man with a wicked sense of humour, and I still miss him. You must be very proud of your big brother. My belated condolences to all your family.
