record the voice. make drawings. put 'em in sequence. this was done traditionally which means you need a lot of paper, and a stomp motion camera. also, you have the option of using cels and cel paint for a more professional look. But please, if you do want to animate, please at least be a descent artist, or at least funny.

This clip was originally on Saturday Night Live, which means NBC/Universal would pull it. Actually, they're a bit more tenacious with their clips than Viacom, but eventually you'll be able to find these on Hulu. Could take years though.
