I am also an alumni and currently attend Columbia University for graduate study in Phil and Cognitive Studies in Music, if it wasn't for MSU and the enormously attentive faculty within the various departments, I could never actualize this goal. It isn't a party school, but the teaching and programs are phenomenal

I'm a senior at Montclair HS. The town is cool if you've frown up here or are in high school. MSU seems depressing as fuck though ha.

Umm I don't know why you'd say it's depressing. MSU has it's issues like any university, but it's pretty great to me.

you should really do your research. forbes named Montclair the number one public university in NJ. and 3rd only to princeton and drew. did you get denied admission?
