Phan is lucky and has good computer editing skills. But her makeup skills are indeed "amatuer". Any true makeup artist could tell you that.

She's the face of the company, but they just send her products and tell her to do a video with them because if she was already making makeup videos before they signed her, why would they give her training when that's what she was already doing? Working for a makeup company = professional seller. There's nothing artistic involved with big makeup companies. You don't need to be a makeup artist (or esthetician) to w/ these companies.

Never i thought Lancome as an appealing brand (srry t was my impression!) but honestly? the lipsticks and the shadow palettes Michelle advertised reeeally appealed to me and they are on my to-buy list!
